Our chalet apartments are available for an unforgettable stay of at least 4 nights.

In consideration for other guests pets are not allowed.
Surcharges
- Use of our car e-charging station
- Breakfast in form of a breakfast basket with more than 12 different mainly regional products and with farm products (fruit spread, syrup, herbal salt, tea, cakes, fresh or pickled vegetables) or possibly only bread roll service
Surcharges for breakfast: depending on the size of the breakfast basket, but no more than 18.00 EUR per person.
Terms of payment
Please note that a binding reservation requires a written reservation confirmation from our side and a deposit of 200.00 EUR in advance onto the following bank account:
Raiffeisenkasse Olang, IBAN: IT72M 08035 59040 000305219931 in Hainz Bettina.
In Italy, cash payment from 4,999.99 EUR is no longer permitted by law. The payment on site with ATM/ EC card is no problem.
Arrival and departure
On arrival day the chalet will be available after 3 pm. When the journey does not go according to plan and you will arrive after 7 pm, please let us know. On departure day we kindly ask to check out by 10 am. The next guest will be grateful.
In case of cancellation:
- 2 months or more prior to the day of arrival: no cancellation fee
- 2 months up to 4 weeks prior to the day of arrival: 50% of cancellation value
- 4 weeks or less prior to the day of arrival: 80,00 % of cancellation value
- No show or early departure: 100,00 % of cancellation value.
